Sponstar Terms of Service

Welcome to Sponstar! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Sponstar platform, including any related services, features, content, or applications (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using Sponstar, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and any other policies or guidelines provided within the Platform.

2. Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must:

• Have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Platform, including purchasing fractional sponsorships or using $STAR tokens, you must create an account:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• Sponstar reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in unauthorized activities.

4. Platform Services

Sponstar provides the following services:

• Fractional Sponsorship Marketplace: A marketplace where brands and users can purchase fractional shares of event sponsorships.
• $STAR Token System: A blockchain-based token used for purchasing sponsorship shares, rewards, and accessing exclusive experiences.
• Loyalty & Rewards Programs: Token-gated experiences and rewards for users participating in events and sponsorship activities.

5. $STAR Token Use

Sponstar's native token, $STAR, is used on the Platform for various transactions and rewards. The use of $STAR is subject to the following terms:

• $STAR tokens may be used to access exclusive sponsorships, rewards, and gamified loyalty programs.
• Token holders are responsible for securely managing their wallets, private keys, and tokens.
• Sponstar is not responsible for any loss of tokens due to wallet mismanagement, hacking, or user negligence.

6. Purchasing and Transaction Policies

• Fiat and Cryptocurrency Transactions: Sponstar allows users to purchase fractional sponsorships and $STAR tokens through supported fiat and cryptocurrency payment methods. All transactions are final and non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
• Fees: Sponstar may charge transaction fees, implementation fees, or other service fees. These will be clearly communicated during the transaction process.

7. User Conduct

You agree to:

• Use the Platform for lawful purposes only.
• Refrain from engaging in any behavior that violates local or international laws, including hacking, fraud, or the unauthorized use of accounts or information.
• Not interfere with the Platform's operation, security, or integrity.

8. Intellectual Property

• Ownership: Sponstar owns all intellectual property rights in the Platform, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, designs, and content.
• User Content: By submitting any content to the Platform, including images, feedback, or ideas, you grant Sponstar a non-exclusive, royalty-free, and worldwide license to use, modify, and distribute such content for platform operations and marketing.

9. Termination and Suspension

Sponstar reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account without prior notice if:

• You violate these Terms or engage in any unlawful or unauthorized activity.
• The platform experiences unforeseen technical or security issues that require account termination.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sponstar is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

• The use or inability to use the Platform.
• Unauthorized access or alterations to your account or content.
• Transactions made on the Platform, including loss of $STAR tokens.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sponstar, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

12. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by Sponstar’s Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Amendments and Changes to the Terms

Sponstar reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
